Diedrick Designs unique home office is featured in the San Francisco Examiner.

Diedrick Designs created a home office in a San Francisco loft while overcoming some unique challenges. The office mezzanine space was open, small and overlooked the main living area so it had to "please the eye" and pack in lots of functionality to accommodate two busy financial brokers.

The unique solution was to design and build a custom desk that spanned the entire space—essentially an office within an office. The desk was an oversized t-shape that allowed the partners to work facing each other while providing the required storage, computer and telecommunications equipment space, wire management, and plenty of work space. The contemporary design of the desk, constructed of wood and metal, complemented the architecture of the loft and became a piece of "functional sculpture" within the room.
